My blog Vohn’s Vittles is full of great-tasting new recipes.  I love to cook dishes from all over the world, developing recipes to use all-natural ingredients, which I try to source as locally as possible.  I am passionate that we can all eat interesting creative food, whilst still working to reduce our food miles and support independent growers and producers.

I enjoy working with brands to develop recipes using their products.  An example of this is the work that I have done for Mackays, a local company who make wonderful curds, marmalades and preserves. Here a few of those recipes – please click on each image to view the relevant blog article.
